Schneider Electric Open Day – Grenoble, France, a Great Success!
After nearly 60 days of preparation in both China and Germany, the Schneider Electric Open Day, led by Schneider Electric and organized by SinoJobs, concluded successfully on November 23, 2023, at Technopole Schneider Electric in Grenoble, France.
Managers from Schneider Electric's Innovation Technology Department, Industrialized Product Department, Global Cost Department, Customer Satisfaction & Quality Department, and Campus Recruitment Human Resources Department participated in the event. They introduced the company and the China-Europe internship program to the students. The event showcased 10 prominent companies across diverse sectors, offering a wide array of more than 200 positions, including full-time jobs, management trainee roles, and internships in automotive, technology, design, finance, language, and managerial fields. SinoJobs specially curated a job recruitment wall, compiling hot and urgently needed roles from leading companies.
On-site, HR representatives and department heads from participating companies shared firsthand recruitment information. They also provided one-on-one communication opportunities for job seekers. The event drew a significant attendance not only from elite universities in various German states, including Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Rhineland-Palatinate, and Hesse, but also from international job seekers hailing from Switzerland, Italy, London, and China.
According to statistics, the event saw a turnout of 680 job seekers. Represented German universities primarily included southern schools like Technical University of Munich, University of Munich, and University of Stuttgart, covering engineering and comprehensive universities; whereas northern universities were mainly represented by RWTH Aachen University and Leibniz University Hannover. Among the attendees, 84% were recent graduates, while 16% were alumni. In terms of educational background, 87% were postgraduates, 10% were undergraduates, and 3% were doctoral students.
The distribution of professional backgrounds was also diverse, with 25% in mechanical automation, 28% in electronic communication, 12% in vehicles and electric cars, 7% in material science, 10% in logistics and sustainable energy supply, 8% in computing, and 10% in management, finance, and language fields.

On March 16th, 17th, and 18th, 2023, the SinoJobs Career Days came to a successful conclusion. The online Career Days was held on the MS Teams platform from March 16th to 17th. After three years, the SinoJobs Career Days finally met with companies and job seekers offline in Frankfurt am Main on March 18th.
33 well-known companies from various industries provided over 500 full-time, trainee, and internship positions, including technical and management roles, at this year's Career Days. SinoJobs also set up a Jobwall for job seekers to collect information about the most in-demand and urgent positions offered by all companies.
At Career Days，HR and department heads from the companies shared first-hand information about their recruitment process and had close communication with job seekers at their booths. On January 31, 2023, SinoJobs held its first job recommendation live streaming for this year. The job recommendation live streaming focused on recruitment and job search in Chinese and European job markets.
