From October 18 to November 13, 2024, CATL, a global leader in new energy technology, hosted seven exclusive campus recruitment events across Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK. Senior managers from six core departments and the overseas recruitment team at CATL delivered in-depth insights into the company’s business landscape and innovation strategies. This year's autumn fair welcomed 8 leading European-Chinese companies, offering over 150 positions for full-time and internship roles across fields like mechanical engineering, logistics, IT, electrical engineering, marketing, and management, creating a dynamic platform for career development.
To help job seekers quickly navigate job opportunities, SinoJobs set up a job board. The 19th SinoJobs Career Days Successfully Held in Shanghai!
On September 20, 2024, the 19th SinoJobs Career Days successfully concluded at the German Centre Shanghai. This event saw the participation of 15 well-known companies and institutions, offering more than 800 domestic and international positions, including full-time jobs, management trainee roles, and internships in areas such as technology and management.
During the job fair, HR representatives and department heads from these companies shared first-hand recruitment information and engaged in face-to-face discussions with job seekers at their booths, matching candidates with positions on-site, and in some cases, conducting immediate interviews. Additionally, four popular employers delivered impressive company presentations, which greatly benefited the attendees.

Volkswagen Smart E-mobility Hub | 2024 Wolfsburg Open Day Concludes Successfully!
After nearly 40 days of preparation in both Germany and China, the Volkswagen Smart E-mobility Hub, organized by SinoJobs, successfully concluded the 2024 Open Day in Wolfsburg, Germany, on June 21, 2024.
Over 120 outstanding students and professionals from across Germany gathered in Wolfsburg for nearly five hours of active interaction. The event was streamed live across multiple channels, with more than 80,000 viewers watching online. The livestream teams from both Germany and China coordinated, ensuring smooth transitions between the main venue in Wolfsburg and the Hefei sub-venue.
The event kicked off with an opening speech by Dr. Martin Hofmann, Executive Vice President of Volkswagen Group China. This was followed by Mr. Torsten Wendler, Head of Driving and ADAS/AD at Volkswagen China Technology Company, who provided a detailed overview of the company's operations. Ms. Franziska Funke, Head of China Recruiting Center, then guided job seekers through the company's compensation benefits, corporate culture, and talent development programs.
Mr. Ke Cheng concluded with his career experiences, offering practical advice. During the Q&A session, students engaged in deep discussions on business development, talent cultivation, and personal career growth with the guests. Dr. Ludger Luehrmann, Head of Volkswagen R&D, also participated in a live Q&A session.

SinoJobs Career Day - 2024 Sino-European Spring Career Fair Successfully Held in Düsseldorf
On April 19, 2024, the SinoJobs Sino-European Spring Career Fair concluded successfully in Düsseldorf. The fair featured 9 renowned companies and offered nearly 200 popular full-time and internship positions in fields include technical engineering, design, IT, logistics, finance, marketing and management.
To help job seekers, SinoJobs set up a recruitment wall at the venue to display hot jobs from participating companies and those that couldn't attend. During the event, HR representatives and department heads from the companies engaged in detailed one-on-one conversation with job seekers, sharing information about job opportunities and career development.
This event attracted graduates from various German states, including those from Technical University of Munich, University of Munich, University of Stuttgart, RWTH Aachen University, and Leibniz University Hannover, with a total of 549 job seekers attending.
Recent graduates represented 70% of the participants, while former graduates accounted for 30%. In terms of educational background, 70% were graduate students, 25% were undergraduates, and 5% were PhD students. The distribution of majors was as follows: Mechanical Automation 26%, Electrical Engineering 19%, Electronics and Communication 13%, Material Science 6%, Logistics 12%, Computer Science 9%, and Management, Finance, and Language Studies 12%, with other majors comprising 3%.

On 15 March 2024, the 18th SinoJobs Career Days came to a successful end at German Centre Shanghai.
12 well-known companies and institutions from various industries participated in the fair, providing more than 600 positions for full-time, trainees and internships, including technical and managerial functions.
At the job fair, HR and business departments shared first-hand information on corporate recruitment and had face-to-face communication with the job seekers at the booth, matching jobs on site and even directed interviews. Three top employers brought wonderful corporate presentations, and job seekers gained a lot! This job fair not only attracted graduates, young talents and professionals from first-class universities and Chinese-foreign cooperative colleges in China, but also job seekers from Europe, North America and Australia who travelled a long way to the fair.
