This requires entering personal data such as first name and surname, e-mail or postal address. This information is not published and serves only to facilitate communication between our company and users for the purpose of using the portal. We do not transmit this data to third parties unless we are obligated to do so according to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
When you enter your data into a user account, it is transmitted as a SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) via a secure connection, a procedure also used by many banks for online banking, for example, and which is widely regarded as secure.
2. Creation and Publication of Employer-Profiles and Job Advertisements
Employers may publish their Employer-Profiles and job advertisements on the portal via the Employer-Account they create. All data contained in Employer-Profiles and job advertisements are made accessible to the public over the portal. By clicking each button marked with the word “Publish,” the user simultaneously agrees to the publication and publishes the data. Ensure that you do not enter any sensitive data you do not want published on your Employer-Profile or in your job advertisement.
You may edit Basic and Standard Layout job advertisements in your Employer-Account at any time or deactivate them to instantly remove them from public accessibility through the portal. Changes to Corporate Design job advertisements can be made by consulting the respective Mussenbrock & Wang GmbH account manager. Deactivation and removal of these job advertisements from public accessibility through the portal can be executed via the Employer Account. We store data relevant for billing these job advertisements for the purpose of billing alone and separately from other business areas. The same applies to user-generated Employer-Profiles. We deactivate or delete these profiles as soon as you notify us by eMail that you would like us to do so.
3. Creation and Publication of CV´s
Candidates may generate a CV after creating an Candidate Account and make this data available on the portal to registered employers whose existence has been verified by us. The data is only accessible by these verified employers and is password-protected. As an Candidate, you select whether you would like to make an anonymous CV available to registered employers via release upon request. By clicking the button "Publish CV," you agree to the limited distribution of your CV data. Ensure that you do not enter any sensitive data on your CV if you do not want it to be published.
You may edit or delete your CV in your Candidate Account at any time, thereby immediately revoking the accessibility to your CV by third parties.
In order to subscribe to our newsletter (Jobletter or Careerletter), you must create an Candidate Account and provide your eMail address by clicking on the "Subscribe to Jobletter" button. We will never transmit your eMail address to third parties. Your aMail address will be deleted from the newsletter list as soon as you unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can cancel at any time by deactivating the appropriate check box in your user account or by using the link at the end of the newsletter titled "Unsubscribe from SinoJobs Jobletter / Careerletter."
5. Deleting User Accounts
5.1. Candidate Account: Candidates may delete data entered into their Candidate Account at any time and may also permanently delete their Candidate Account by clicking the button "Delete Candidate Account.” This deletes all Candidate data held by us or the portal system, including the eMail address for receiving the newsletter.
5.2. Employer Account: Employers may delete their Employer-Accounts at any time by sending us an eMail to this effect. Thereafter, we will immediately delete the Employer-Account, including the Employer-Profile and all job advertisements by the employer, from the portal system. We only store data relevant for billing purposes until the accounts are settled. This data is locked against any other business use.
II) Data Protection of Portal Visitors
1. Automatic Website Visit Logging
When you visit our portal sites, our assigned server automatically records technical data about the accessing computer. We do not correlate this data with your personal data. For us, the data remains technical data without any reference to personal data.
