In an Interview with Sven Funsch, Founder and Managing Director

1.     In which market(s) does your company operate? What products / services does it offer?
We are a company with a young, dynamic staff and see ourselves as mediators between the Western and Chinese culture. Our product portfolio comprises: Au Pair in China, Teacher in China, Teaching Internship, Language Volunteer, Internship and Intensive Chinese Classes.

2.     How long has your company been active in China? In which locations in China is it currently active?
We are a relatively young company and have been conducting business in China since 2013. We are cooperating with partners all over China. However, our main focus lies on Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Shenzhen and Shenyang.

3.     Why is your company also an attractive employer in Greater China?
On the one hand we offer our employees to freely manage their working hours and content. This serves as a great basis for their self-actualization.

On the other hand our whole product range is highly competitive and offers great benefits to our customers. This creates mutual satisfaction and thus, a high level of motivation!

4.    What skills are you looking for in a candidate for your China business?
Depending on our programs, we are looking for candidates with various qualifications. However, a minimum age of 16 years, as well as good knowledge of English is always a minimum requirement.

5.     Why are candidates with an EU-China background especially interesting for your company?
An EU-China background would be helpful, but not an essential requirement.
