1.     In which market(s) does your company operate? What products / services does it offer?
Pollmann is a mid-sized, international, family-owned company with more than one hundred years of innovation experience. Pollmann stands for the development and serial production of complex and intelligent, but also simple, mechatronic assemblies and products made from a plastic and metal compound - all in a global market.

2.     How long has your company been active in China? In which locations in China is it currently active?
Founded in 2006 in Kunshan, near Shanghai.

3.     Why is your company also an attractive employer in Greater China?
We are an international employer in the future automotive industry, with an extraordinary work environment in China.

4.    What skills are you looking for in a candidate for your China business?
We are looking for applicants with a technical background, professional experience, and very good language skills.

5.     Why are candidates with an EU-China background especially interesting for your company?
Knowledge and experience in the very different work environment and culture is an advantage for us, but not a requirement.
