1.     In which market(s) does your company operate? What products / services does it offer?
IAV is one of the leading providers of business partner in engineering services to the automotive industry, offers our customer with high quality and reliable engineering service. Our core competencies include Powertrain, electronics and vehicle development.

2.     How long has your company been active in China? In which locations in China is it currently active?
We’ve developed the business in china 10 years. And our headquarter is in Shanghai, the branch office is in Beijing, Changchun, Shenyang and Tianjin are our locations of project.

3.     Why is your company also an attractive employer in Greater China?
Our core competencies involve talents and know-how. Our mother company in Germany own the current modern development concept and renovation technique in Europa. As a good leader and supporter for IAV Shanghai company. In the meanwhile, we buildstrategically a vibrant and young engineering group.

4.     What skills are you looking for in a candidate for your China business?
Highly interest and enthusiasm in automobile technique and development. With systematic, logical thinking and initiative, solid foundation in professional knowledge is preferred as well as good language ability, communication skill and team working spirit. More relative working experience is also the first priority.

5.     Why are candidates with an EU-China background especially interesting for your company?
Excellent german skill and sino-europa multi-cultural background may better work with our customer as well as the good communication. To better understand the different working style between Chinese and German as quickly become one of the team player of IAV group.
