Your Responsibilities (within 5 lines):
Technical key words (at least 3 words):
• Lead and oversee BMS software development projects, managing resources effectively.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for software projects.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among software development teams.
• Monitor and address risks, changes, and challenges in software projects.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality and compliant BMS software.
Required Qualification:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical or Software Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of high voltage battery development experience.
• Project management experience in automotive electronics or BMS development.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Understanding of software and hardware development life cycle.
• Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English.
