ITO Project Manager
Location: Frankfurt am MainResponsibilities：
- Oversee the daily management of data center team leaders and engineers across multiple locations.
- Coordinate with local clients regarding security requirements, recruitment needs, attendance management, and technical issues.
- Monitor and evaluate SLA performance across all ITO projects.
- Assess team performance, work discipline, and compliance with defined KPI standards.
- Manage attendance consolidation, leave management, shift scheduling, and monthly operational reporting.
- Lead recruitment activities, which will be a primary responsibility during the initial project phase.
Minimum Job Requirements：
- Strong communication skills with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism; able to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in English or German and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Willingness to travel as required by the project.
- Experience in project coordination, team management, or IT support is a strong advantage.
