ITO Project Manager

Location: Frankfurt am Main

Responsibilities：

• Oversee the daily management of data center team leaders and engineers across multiple locations.
• Coordinate with local clients regarding security requirements, recruitment needs, attendance management, and technical issues.
• Monitor and evaluate SLA performance across all ITO projects.
• Assess team performance, work discipline, and compliance with defined KPI standards.
• Manage attendance consolidation, leave management, shift scheduling, and monthly operational reporting.
• Lead recruitment activities, which will be a primary responsibility during the initial project phase.

Minimum Job Requirements：

• Strong communication skills with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism; able to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in English or German and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Willingness to travel as required by the project.
• Experience in project coordination, team management, or IT support is a strong advantage.
