International Internal Sales (Experienced & Trainee)
Your Responsibilities:Customer Retention
- Central point of contact for European and international customers
- Efficient coordination of quotes, orders, and documentation
- Excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Close collaboration with our colleagues in German
- Liaison between customers and internal departments
- Supporting the field sales team with timely and accurate information
- Sound understanding of customer needs and market trends
- Identifying opportunities for process and service improvements
- Contributing to revenue growth through proactive and reliable support
Your Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international sales, customer service, or inside sales
- Solid experience in the B2B environment and good business acumen
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills – additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Italian, Turkish) are an advantage
- Structured and solution-oriented thinking
- Focused and objective approach in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
