VEM motors GmbH is a leading German manufacturer of electric motors and drive solutions and an important company within the VEM Group, headquartered in Wernigerode, Germany.

The company has a long tradition in electric motor manufacturing and specializes in the development and production of low-voltage motors, standard motors and special motors. The Wernigerode site produces motors ranging from 7.5 to 1,000 kW, while the Zwickau site specializes in smaller motors and special drives from 0.06 to 9 kW.

VEM motors' products are used in a wide range of industries, including industrial manufacturing, chemicals, metallurgy, material handling and transportation.

With strong German engineering expertise, high quality standards and extensive experience in motor manufacturing, VEM motors provides reliable, energy-efficient and customized drive solutions for customers worldwide.

International Internal Sales (Experienced & Trainee)

• Central point of contact for European and international customers
• Efficient coordination of quotes, orders, and documentation
• Excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Close collaboration with our colleagues in German
• Liaison between customers and internal departments
• Supporting the field sales team with timely and accurate information

• Sound understanding of customer needs and market trends
• Identifying opportunities for process and service improvements
• Contributing to revenue growth through proactive and reliable support

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international sales, customer service, or inside sales
• Solid experience in the B2B environment and good business acumen
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP is an advantage

• Fluent German and English skills – additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Italian, Turkish) are an advantage
• Structured and solution-oriented thinking
• Focused and objective approach in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
