  • 对DACH区域市场有敏感度和洞察力,了解当地消费群体,能够根据市场、竞争、自我产品定位等输出清晰的洞察和策略;
  • 对电子产品的爱好以及对某类电子产品的研究;
  • 负责产品全生命周期的商业成功,能够组织各个模块并连接前后端,确保新产品的成功推出。在此过程中,产品选型、定价、货品分配都明确,并且有明确的上线计划和实施跟进;
  • 参与全年渠道规划,抓住重点活动和促销机会,确保年度销售目标的实现;
  • 基础、日常销售分析,通过数字化驱动发现并解决问题,持续提升销售。


要求:
  • 有消费电子销售或GTM经验者优先,尤其是熟悉公开市场渠道或交易的工作经验;
  • 项目管理能力和活动管理能力,注重细节,能够发现潜在风险,主动提前谋划,善于回顾;
  • 分析能力——较强的数据处理和整合逻辑能力,能够整合分析多因素对销售和销量的影响,并提出改进措施
  • 熟练使用Excel、Powerpoint和word;
  • 流利的英语沟通能力(有德语能力者优先)。
