Business Administrator (Eschborn Office)
The role of the Medtrum Germany Business Administrator
- Your external contacts: Patients, Healthcare Professionals, Home Care Providers and Insurance Companies
- Your internal contacts: Training and sales team and other office staffs
Duties and responsibilities:
- Handle complaints and provide technical support for inquiries related to Medtrum medical devices
- Enter and process orders, inquiries, and complaints
- Process quotes and invoices within the healthcare sector
- Coordinate patient training activities
- Maintain and update master data
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and in writing
- Submit cost estimates to health insurance companies and customers
- Assist with general office administration and other ad-hoc tasks
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, preferably in Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications
- Proactive, responsible, independent, and customer-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English (proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage)
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Reside in the Rhein-Main region (Eschborn area)
