进出口专员
Responsibilities- Manage and follow up on orders, including reviewing purchasing contracts.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure compliance with delivery terms.
- Handle export processing, including preparing transport documents for goods exported from China.
- Coordinate logistics with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the execution of deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Prepare and issue L/C documents while supervising credit terms.
- Manage transport insurance policies and ensure proper coverage.
- Generate and issue invoices accurately and promptly.
- Prepare sales and delivery documents for the trading company and German Headquarters using SAP with AdOns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of import/export (I&E) experience in a foreign company.
- Strong understanding of I&E laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and AEB software.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and high integrity.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
