Tasks：- 负责公司整体财务管理，包括内部控制合规、财务报告、财务分析、预算、预测及风险管理，确保财务体系稳健运行。
- 制定并优化财务管理制度和流程，提高财务工作的效率和合规性。
- 组织编制月度、季度及年度财务报表，提供准确、及时的财务数据支持，为管理层决策提供依据。
- 进行财务偏差分析，包括销售分析、净财务状况分析、投资预算分析、客户和产品利润分析、成本与产出分析、账款分析等，并提出改进建议。
- 负责预算执行监控，分析销售预算调整需求，确保财务资源合理分配。
- 建立和优化产品基价计算模型，计算和调整产品成本，审核生产费用和固定成本，支持定价策略的制定。
- 监控和评估产品组的盈利能力，分析所有与生产相关的财务影响，提供决策支持，并推动成本优化和运营效率提升。
- 监督现金流管理，确保资金的合理使用，提高资金使用效率。
- 负责企业税务合规管理，优化税务筹划，降低税务风险。
- 向总部汇报财务状况和关键财务指标，支持全球财务战略。
- 负责 IT 相关项目的统筹和推进，确保 IT 系统和基础设施能够支持公司的业务发展需求。
- 领导 IT 项目，协调 IT 供应商，确保 IT 解决方案的有效实施和运维。
- 监督 ERP（如 SAP）及其他财务和业务管理系统的运行，提出优化建议，并推动系统改进。
- 监控信息安全，确保数据合规性和 IT 相关风险的有效控制。
- 评估并引入新的 IT 解决方案，提高财务和业务运营效率。
Requirements：
- 本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融、信息管理或相关专业。
- 3 年及以上制造行业财务管理、财务分析或审计经验，有 IT 项目管理经验者优先。
- 具备中级会计职称者优先，熟悉国际会计准则（IFRS）及国内财税法规。
- 英语CET4 级以上，具备良好的口头和书面沟通能力。具备德语能力者优先考虑。
- 熟悉 ERP（如 SAP）及财务管理系统，具备 IT项目管理能力，能够协调 IT 外包团队和供应商。
- 具备优秀的逻辑思维能力、数据分析能力及财务风险判断能力。
- 具备较强的沟通协调能力，能够跨部门协作，推动财务和 IT 相关优化项目落地。
- 具有良好的职业道德和责任心，踏实细致，抗压能力强。
Annual salary：144000---216000
