Financial Controller

Tasks：

• Oversee financial management, including internal control, compliance, reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Develop and optimize financial policies and processes to enhance efficiency and compliance. 
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing key insights for decision-making.
• Conduct financial variance analysis (e.g., sales, costs, profitability, cash flow, and investment budgets) and recommend improvements.
• Monitor budget execution and adjust sales budgets as needed.
• Establish and update product pricing models, review production costs, and support pricing strategies.
• Ensure tax compliance, optimize tax planning, and minimize financial risks.
• Supervise cash flow management and ensure efficient fund allocation.
• Report key financial metrics to headquarters and support global financial strategy.
• Lead IT projects, manage external IT vendors, oversee ERP (e.g., SAP) operations, and drive system improvements. Ensure IT security, compliance, and efficiency to support business needs.

Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of financial management, analysis, or auditing experience in manufacturing. IT project experience is a plus.
• Intermediate Accounting Certification preferred. Familiarity with IFRS and tax regulations required.
• Fluent English (CET-4 or above); German is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and IT project coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Annual salary ：144000---216000
