物流操作员
Job Responsibilities:- Truck Dispatch: Manage and coordinate fleet resources.
- Warehouse Coordination: Communicate and collaborate with warehouse colleagues to arrange cargo storage.
- Cargo Receiving and Sorting: Assist in unpacking and checking arriving containers.
- Order Processing: Confirm cargo status and place outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Data Recording: Maintain and organize delivery cargo lists and related data.
- Assist other departments with temporary tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of both spoken and written German, English, and Chinese.
- Basic knowledge of logistics processes (warehousing, shipping, receiving, etc.).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to operate basic computer software (e.g., Excel, ERP/WMS system).
- Careful, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Team player with a proactive working attitude.
- Capable of adapting to flexible schedules, including early shifts (e.g., 7 a.m.).
