Logistics Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Truck Dispatch: Manage and coordinate fleet resources.
• Warehouse Coordination: Communicate and collaborate with warehouse colleagues to arrange cargo storage.
• Cargo Receiving and Sorting: Assist in unpacking and checking arriving containers.
• Order Processing: Confirm cargo status and place outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Data Recording: Maintain and organize delivery cargo lists and related data.
• Assist other departments with temporary tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of both spoken and written German, English, and Chinese.
• Basic knowledge of logistics processes (warehousing, shipping, receiving, etc.).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to operate basic computer software (e.g., Excel, ERP/WMS system).
• Careful, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Team player with a proactive working attitude.
• Capable of adapting to flexible schedules, including early shifts (e.g., 7 a.m.).
