We are looking for a Talent Development Specialist to build our leadership development offering for managers in Germany and Europe, and to strengthen collaboration between our German and Chinese teams. Our organisation is made up of local employees and colleagues from China — bringing these two ways of working together, and developing managers who understand both the business and their people, is at the heart of this role.

This is a build role: you will not be maintaining an existing training catalogue, but designing a leadership development offering that a fast-growing logistics company actually needs and uses.

This position is currently based in Kelsterbach. As part of our continued expansion, we plan to relocate our office to Nieder-Olm near Mainz around October 2026.

Talent Development Specialist – Leadership & Culture (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

🎯 Leadership Development

•        Design and deliver leadership development programmes for team leads, regional managers and senior management

•        Develop training content tailored to the realities of the German working environment, covering team management, performance conversations, feedback and conflict handling, employee communication, and prioritisation

•        Facilitate trainings and workshops yourself (Chinese / German / English) and manage external training providers and trainers

•        Provide onboarding support and one-on-one coaching for newly appointed managers

🌏 Culture & Cross-cultural Collaboration

•        Design and drive China–Germany collaboration programmes that help colleagues from China and local teams build a shared way of working

•        Provide orientation for managers from China on the German working environment, management practices and labour law framework

•        Equip local managers to work effectively with our Group headquarters

•        Translate our Jet-fast, Timely and Technology values into concrete day-to-day leadership behaviours

📈 Talent & Succession

•        Support talent reviews, succession planning and development paths for high-potential employees

•        Work with HRBPs and the business to identify capability gaps and design the right development responses

•        Build and maintain our training landscape and learning content library for Germany and Europe

📊 Measurement & Enablement

•        Evaluate training effectiveness and track participation, feedback and behavioural change

•        Build scalable, repeatable training and development processes that can be rolled out across European countries

Your Profile

•        A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Organisational Development or a related field

•        Professional experience in talent development, leadership development or corporate training, including hands-on experience delivering trainings and facilitating workshops yourself

•        Familiarity with German workplace culture and management practice; experience in a Chinese-owned company or a German–Chinese working environment is a strong advantage

•        Strong intercultural understanding and the ability to bridge German and Chinese communication and leadership styles

•        Full training design capability: needs analysis, content development, delivery and evaluation

•        A coaching, systemic or train-the-trainer certification is an advantage

•        Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the confidence to work with senior management

•        An understanding of logistics, retail or other fast-paced operational industries is an advantage

•        Fluent Chinese and German (C1) are required for this position, as you will train in both languages and bridge German and Chinese teams; good business English is expected.

•        A strong sense of ownership and a hands-on mentality, with the willingness to build from scratch
