Project Manager, Sino-German International CooperationVocational Education DepartmentJob Responsibilities • Plan and implement Sino-German international education cooperation projects, including project research, planning, organization, promotion, and full-cycle follow-up and management.• Establish and maintain relationships with partner schools, institutions and relevant associations in China and Germany.• Communicate and coordinate with clients to support project implementation and progress.• Liaise with project suppliers and supervise service delivery in line with project requirements.• Keep updated on industry trends, policies and relevant developments in a timely manner.
Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or above; major is open (Education, German/English Studies, German Studies, Cross-cultural Studies or related fields preferred).• Relevant work experience in culture, education, project management or related fields is preferred.• German proficiency at C1–C2 level / English proficiency at CET-6 or above; able to independently read and translate materials, attend meetings in German/English, and assist communication between Chinese and German teachers and students.• Good English writing skills or additional foreign language skills are preferred.• Understand the company’s products and have in-depth knowledge of existing education projects.• Participate in discussions on brand positioning and product promotion strategies.• Enhance the company’s visibility and brand image in the industry and market.• Strong information collection and integration skills, clear logical thinking, quick response, creativity, teamwork spirit, execution ability and interpersonal communication skills.
