Shanghai DeHanLing Cultural Exchange & Consulting Co., Ltd. is a cross-cultural education, training and cultural exchange consulting company originating from Germany. Since its founding in 2005, DeHanLing has been committed to nurturing global talents with a global vision and international mindset, and building a talent hub with global competitiveness.
We currently provide soft-skills courses and training, as well as various international exchange and cooperation programs based on Sino-German exchanges, to more than 50 primary and secondary schools, vocational colleges, universities and enterprises across China. Over the past 18 years, we have facilitated cooperation between Chinese and German schools, universities, associations, institutions, as well as SMEs and multinational companies. We help vocational colleges and enterprises from both countries establish partnerships, and organize international exchanges and visits for students and teachers.
With the goal of “Bringing In and Going Global”, and starting from vocational education, we act as a cultural bridge between China and Germany. Sino-German Education Project Manager

Project Manager, Sino-German International CooperationVocational Education DepartmentJob Responsibilities• Plan and implement Sino-German international education cooperation projects, including project research, planning, organization, promotion, and full-cycle follow-up and management.• Establish and maintain relationships with partner schools, institutions and relevant associations in China and Germany.• Communicate and coordinate with clients to support project implementation and progress.• Liaise with project suppliers and supervise service delivery in line with project requirements.• Keep updated on industry trends, policies and relevant developments in a timely manner.
Job Requirements• Bachelor’s degree or above; major is open (Education, German/English Studies, German Studies, Cross-cultural Studies or related fields preferred).• Relevant work experience in culture, education, project management or related fields is preferred.• German proficiency at C1–C2 level / English proficiency at CET-6 or above; able to independently read and translate materials, attend meetings in German/English, and assist communication between Chinese and German teachers and students.• Good English writing skills or additional foreign language skills are preferred.• Understand the company’s products and have in-depth knowledge of existing education projects.• Participate in discussions on brand positioning and product promotion strategies.• Enhance the company’s visibility and brand image in the industry and market.• Strong information collection and integration skills, clear logical thinking, quick response, creativity, teamwork spirit, execution ability and interpersonal communication skills.
