Meedeex GmbH is a subsidiary of Ratinno and 51CC, headquartered in Shanghai, China. Its business in China started in 2011, around the German forklift brand Jungheinrich. Currently, over ten subsidiaries in China provide a full range of after-market services around Jungheinrich.

Based on hundreds of second-hand forklifts imported from Europe every year and our rich experiences in Jungheinrich, Meedeex launched the business in 2019 in Germany and other European countries. Our office and warehouse lie in Krefeld.

Our main business in Germany includes Jungheinrich second-handed forklifts, parts, technical service, and rental around Dusseldorf.

Service Engineer（full time)

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily after-sales service maintenance and repair work for forklifts (Jungheinrich and other brands) at the company and customers’ sites;
• Install and adjust forklifts at the company and customers’ sites;
• Provide basic training to customers and provide feedback on customers’ comments and suggestions on equipment usage;
• Communicate effectively with customers to solve forklift problems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in electromechanical, mechanical, auto repair, vehicle engineering and other majors;
• Those with relevant work experience in electromechanical/automobile/industrial equipment are preferred;
• Good language skills, able to communicate effectively in German, and fluent in English；
• Responsible, Able to withstand certain work intensity, and have a good sense of service;
• Basic computer operation, preferably with a driving license.
