We are looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist (Europe) – Mandarin-speaking to join our team in Nieder-Olm (near Mainz) and drive the development of our Compensation & Benefits landscape across Europe. In this role, you will develop scalable C&B structures, support the harmonisation of compensation and benefits practices across multiple European countries, and work closely with European stakeholders and our Group teams.

This position is based in Nieder-Olm (near Mainz). Until the office relocation is completed around October 2026, the working location is Kelsterbach.

Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist (Europe) – Mandarin-speaking (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

💰 C&B Framework Design

•        Develop and implement scalable Compensation & Benefits frameworks across multiple European countries

•        Design, review and continuously improve compensation structures, salary ranges, bonus schemes and employee benefit programmes

🌍 Harmonization & Standardization

•        Support the harmonisation and standardisation of Compensation & Benefits policies and practices across our European organisation

•        Support the development of policies, guidelines and governance standards related to Compensation & Benefits

📊 Analytics & Benchmarking

•        Conduct compensation analyses, benchmarking and market research to support competitive and sustainable reward structures

•        Support annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, bonus cycles and related C&B initiatives

🤝 Advisory & Stakeholder Management

•        Provide Compensation & Benefits expertise and guidance to HR leaders and relevant business stakeholders across Europe

•        Work closely with our Group teams and act as a key interface between European and international stakeholders

🚀 Projects & Continuous Improvement

•        Lead and support international C&B projects as J&T Express continues to expand across Europe

•        Drive continuous improvement and help build scalable Compensation & Benefits structures for our growing European organisation

Your Profile

•        Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field

•        Several years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or a comparable HR function

•        Proven experience developing and implementing Compensation & Benefits frameworks, policies or programmes

•        Strong knowledge of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, bonus schemes and employee benefits

•        Experience working in an international or multi-country environment, ideally with exposure to European markets

•        Strong analytical skills and confidence working with compensation data, market benchmarks and HR-related metrics

•        Experience managing international projects and collaborating with cross-functional and senior stakeholders

•        A strategic and structured mindset combined with a hands-on and solution-oriented working style

•        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly growing international organisation

•        Business-fluent Mandarin and English are absolute must-have requirements for this position, as you will work with our Group teams and European country teams on a daily basis; German proficiency is considered an advantage.
