Our two-year HR Management Trainee programme is designed for graduates who want to develop quickly into HR professionals. Across four rotations you will gain a complete picture of the HR function, taking on real responsibilities and projects at every stage rather than simply observing. At the end of the programme you will move into a permanent role matched to your strengths and to the needs of the business.

This position is currently based in Kelsterbach. As part of our continued expansion, we plan to relocate our office to Nieder-Olm near Mainz around October 2026.

Management Trainee (m/f/d) – Human Resources

Your Program

The programme runs for 24 months and consists of four rotations of approximately six months each:

Rotation 1: HR Operations & Payroll

•        Employment contracts and personnel documentation, onboarding and offboarding, personnel file management

•        Payroll preparation, social security and wage tax fundamentals, collaboration with our external payroll provider

•        HR system data maintenance and reporting

Rotation 2: Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

•        End-to-end recruiting, active sourcing and participation in interviews

•        Campus recruiting, recruiting events and employer branding initiatives

•        Recruiting analytics and improvement of hiring efficiency

Rotation 3: HR Business Partnering & Labor Law

•        Acting as an HR contact for business departments on employee relations and performance topics

•        Practical German labour law, including temporary agency work (ANÜ) and outsourcing contract management

•        Organisational structure and workforce planning

Rotation 4: HR Projects & International

•        Projects in Global Mobility, Compensation & Benefits or organisational development

•        Support for our expansion into France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Poland

•        Depending on the project, the option of a short-term rotation in another European country

•        Direct exposure to senior management and the opportunity to lead your own project

•        A permanent role and a clear development path at the end of the programme

Your Profile

•        A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Law or a related field; recent graduates or candidates who graduated not long ago

•        Internship or working student experience, ideally in HR

•        Genuine interest in German labour law and HR operations, and the willingness to go deep on the subject matter

•        Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and attention to detail

•        A strong sense of ownership and the ability to learn fast and stay effective in a changing environment

•        Good communication and collaboration skills across different levels and cultural backgrounds

•        Confident with MS Office, especially Excel

•        Fluent Chinese and German (C1) plus good business English; Chinese is required for this programme, as you will work with German and Chinese colleagues on a daily basis.

•        Willingness to be mobile: rotations may involve short-term assignments within Germany or in another European country
