About the Role

We are a growing renewable energy company specializing in residential and commercial energy storage solutions, battery systems, and photovoltaic inverter products.

We are looking for an After-Sales Technical Support Engineer based in Italy to provide technical support for our customers and partners across Europe. The ideal candidate will have experience with energy storage systems (ESS), solar PV systems, inverters, or related electrical products, with strong troubleshooting skills and customer communication abilities.

Chinese language ability is highly preferred, as this role will collaborate closely with our technical team and headquarters in China.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Energy Storage Systems (ESS), PV inverters, and other renewable energy products in the Netherlands or Italy, including both remote and on-site support.
• Provide system commissioning, parameter configuration, troubleshooting, and technical assistance to customers, installers, and business partners.
• Handle customer technical inquiries, analyze equipment performance issues, and deliver effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Prepare technical documentation, including fault analysis reports, service reports, and technical summaries.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate with the R&D and technical teams at the headquarters in China to support continuous product improvement.
• Deliver product training and technical guidance to customers and partners, and support project delivery and after-sales service development.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Renewable Energy, Mechatronics, or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in the renewable energy industry. Experience with ESS, battery systems, PV inverters, technical support, after-sales service, or R&D is preferred.
3. Familiarity with the principles of energy storage systems, batteries, PV inverters, and knowledge of BMS, EMS, and photovoltaic systems.
4. Strong skills in system commissioning, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and customer technical support.
5. Excellent communication skills, customer service mindset, and the ability to solve technical issues independently.
6. Fluent in English for business communication. Chinese is preferred. Additional European language skills are an advantage.
7. Willingness to travel within Europe for on-site technical support.
