Sr. Finance Manager
Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Closing: Month-end closing, annual financial statements under HGB, coordination with auditors
- Tax Compliance: Support tax consultants (e.g., VAT), provide data for tax audits
- Treasury & Cash Management: Cash planning & forecasting, receivables monitoring
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Budget preparation, monthly variance analysis
- External Communication & Compliance: Key contact for banks, auditors, tax consultants; handle special topics (e.g., transfer pricing, bank guarantees, insurance reporting)
Requirements
- Education/Skills: Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business; strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB), IFRS a plus; solid accounting, tax compliance, treasury experience
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading a finance team
- Languages: German (professional), English (fluent), Chinese/Mandarin (plus)
