SLAM Engineer
Responsibility
- Design and optimization of SLAM algorithms in complex and highly dynamic environments.
- Work directions include but are not limited to: development of point cloud matching algorithms, feature extraction and matching, multi-sensor fusion positioning, etc
Required capabilities, and skills
- 2026 graduating students, with a master's degree or above in computer science, robotics, vehicle engineering, automation or related fields.
- Solid foundation in mathematics, familiar with probability theory, linear algebra, optimization theory, Lie groups and Lie algebras, etc.
- Solid foundation in computer science, familiar with C/C++ or Python, and have development experience on the Linux platform.
- Familiar with classic VIO/LIO/VSLAM/SFM algorithms, proficient in at least one mainstream visual or laser SLAM system, familiar with open-source libraries such as ceres and g2o, relevant project experience is preferred.
- Possess strong independent problem-solving skills, learning ability and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Candidates with experience in the development of core algorithms related to high-precision map construction and positioning in the industrial sector, as well as those with internship experience, are preferred.
- Strong research capabilities are preferred, as well as those who have published outstanding papers in the field of robotics.
- Those who have achieved outstanding results in ACM or internationally renowned competitions will be given priority.
