Service Operation Engineer
Responsibility
- Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking service or support, ensuring all inquiries are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner
- Service Coordination: Schedule and coordinate service request, repairs, and maintenance activities with customers, service partners and engineers ensuring all required parts and equipment are available for scheduled service tasks
- Administrative Duties: Prepare and process service-related documentation, including work orders, service contracts, and warranty claims
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on service performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction, and service completion rates
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of parts customers and field engineers
- Billing and Invoicing: Assist in the preparation of service quotes, invoices, and billing documentation. Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure accurate and timely billing for all services rendered
Required capabilities, and skills
- With valid work permit
- Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, mechanical related or similar industry experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, service partners, and internal teams
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously
- Experience in coordinating service schedules, repairs, or maintenance activities is a strong advantage
- Ability to work with data and generate reports; proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools is preferred
- Basic understanding of inventory or logistics coordination processes is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Chinese; additional languages are a plus depending on the market
