China Mobile International (Germany) GmbH is looking to hire a (Senior) Sales Manager (m/f/x) who will be responsible for the acquisition, support and value-added development of enterprise customers in Germany.
(Senior) Sales Manager – Enterprise Business (m/f/x)
Responsibilities
- Prospect, detect and identify business opportunities; develop customer portfolio and build relationships with potential customers
- Proactively develop and implement direct sales measures to achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets
- Actively promote and develop existing and new customers through individual business development activities
- Act as an interface and coordinate closely with internal sales and relevant teams
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the contractual period to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct targeted and continuous forecasting of business opportunities based on pipeline and sales figures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in direct sales and new customer acquisition
- Solid business network within medium-sized as well as large multinational companies, ideally with experience serving Chinese or China-related enterprises
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications and/or experience in selling data centre, cloud, ICT, IoT or related services
- Self-motivated team player with a customer- and results-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English and German
- Willingness to travel
