Sales Intern (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:- Collection of marketing data and analysis, preparation of price list, offers for customers
- Communication and coordination with the program team
- Filing, preparation, and dispatch of sales documents
- Maintain accounts receivable: follow up with customer to ensure receipt of invoice
- Contacting customers to make payment arrangements for past-due invoices
- Ensure that the accounting system accurately reflects customer payments
Requirements:
- Current studies in marketing, communication, or economics
- Practical experience in an international environment is desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office programs
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- You enjoy spending time on the usual social media channels
- Quick perception, independent and strong communication skills
- Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
