Sales Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:- Implement the annual, monthly and weekly work plan for the customer
- Visit customers to understand the needs and requirements on different products
- Complete tasks of market development and product sales
- Implement pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale customer service, and handle customer com- plaints in a timely manner
- Investigate and collect customer and competitor information and make suggestions for the company to make market decisions
- Information collection and monitoring of the market performance of competitors' related products in the field of use and the OEM side
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in related field of study such as Business Administration, Mar- keting or Mechatronical and Mechanical Engineering
- A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience is required
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in computer applications and operating systems
- Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, clear thinking, excellent analytical and problem- solving skills, good interpersonal communication, organization and coordination skills, and team spirit
- Foreign language such as German is a plus
