W-Ibeda Technology GmbH ("W-Ibeda Germany") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of W-Ibeda China in Germany, established in Bergkirchen, Germany in 2022. W-Ibeda Germany is committed to serving customers in Europe and can provide comprehensive testing solutions in the field of new energy vehicle powertrain according to their personalized needs. The testing objects include electric drive assemblies, high-speed motors, transmissions, vehicles, etc. The testing types include durability testing, functional testing, performance testing, road testing, etc.

Due to the development needs of the company's business, W-Ibeda Germany is recruiting the following job position:

Location: Bergkirchen (near Munich), Germany

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the European NEV
  • testing market.
  • Conduct market and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
  • Prospect and onboard new clients while nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Lead market expansion initiatives, including trade shows, conferencesetc.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs and industry trends.


Requirements:

  • Languages: Fluent in English and German. Proficiency in Chinese or other languages is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales/business development within automotive testing, certification,
  • or related B2B sectors.
  • Skills: Proven track record in managing enterprise clients, negotiating contracts, and executing
  • market strategies.
  • Attributes: Strategic thinker, strong network in automotive industry, willingness to travel.
  • Technical knowledge of EV/NEV components.
  • Experience working with cross-cultural teams.
