Sales Assistant (m/f/d)
Working hours : Full-time
Location : Düsseldorf, Germany
Your Responsibility:
- As a Sales Assistant, you will have the opportunity to engage in the following tasks:
- Support in the preparation of orders, responsible for cosmetic samples
- Check and record inventory status to ensure an adequate supply of goods.
- Communicate and coordinate with the warehouse regarding shipping, arrival, customs clearance, and other related matters.
- Assist in the execution of daily operational projects in the marketing department, including but not limited to promotional activities, exhibition preparation, and PowerPoint presentations.
Qualifications:
- A degree in chemistry or cosmetic Industry or other related field is plus;
- Possess good communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, able to actively collaborate with colleagues to complete tasks.
- Proficient in using office software such as the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with basic computer skills.
- fast-paced work environment.
- Have excellent English language skills, including outstanding spoken and written English communication abilities. Proficiency in languages other than Chinese, such as German, is a plus.
