
Sales Admin. Assistant (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service: Implementing pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale customer service,
and resolving service mishaps and customer complaints. Liaising with customers on any
invoice queries and ensuring resolved timely.
• Provide assistance to sales manager: Helping meet sales target, as well as ensure efficient
sales activities.
• Perform Clerical Tasks: Preparing sales reports, marketing materials and written commu-
nication.
• Maintain accounts receivable: Following up with the client to ensure receipt of the invoice.
Maintaining a spreadsheet that includes invoice aging and information about the client.
Contacting the client to make payment arrangements for overdue invoices. Helping AR
manager to ensure the accounting system accurately reflects payment from customer.
Requirements:
• Professional knowledge: better background in Marketing, Communications, or related
field.
• Foreign languages: proficient in English, these are working languages corresponding to
specific businesses.
• Computer: Proficiency in computer application.
• Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, clear thinking, excellent analytical and problem-
solving skills, good interpersonal communication, organization and coordination skills,
good customer service skills, persuading and negotiating skills, and team spirit.
