Quality Operations Assistant (Third-Party Contractor)
We are currently looking for a Quality Operations Assistant (fixed-short-term contract with third-party Contractor) to work within our European team in Düsseldorf office.
Main Responsibility:- Assist in compliance risk management, organize compliance risk map, identify top risks such as Anti-Bribery and Corruption/ Cyber security/ privacy protection etc., conduct routine operational management of risks, and continuously promote improvements.
- Support process internal control construction and operations, organize routine CT, PR and annual SACA, support internal control monthly meetings, review top risk management and improvement progress etc..
- Support CRM process operations, identify process issues and promote continuous improvement.
- Support the construction and operation of enterprise's digital-related platforms, IOC dashboards, etc., and support efficient business operations.
- Support regional contract and commercial's work, such as distribution business price application process and management, MAE and MCL internal control.
- Organize and support other key meetings, task tracking management, etc.
Requirements:
- Education background in Bachelor degree and above.
- Have knowledge of compliance management and risk management.
- Have experience in risk management or compliance risk management. Process management relevance or sales experience is preferable.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Good communication skills and self-learning capability. Ability to proactively communicate and continuously promote problem resolution.
