Product Project Management

Base：Hefei，China 

Responsibility:

• Responsible for developing the project management plan for robot product projects (initiation, schedule control, cost management, delivery, etc.), driving cross-departmental coordination, including interfacing with product managers, team leaders, supply chain, finance, etc., to align project requirements, reviewing project milestones, and advancing the implementation and control of project progress.
• Control project risks, possess a full product lifecycle perspective, promptly identify risks in the project R&D process, including but not limited to: technical risks, schedule risks, quality risks, cost risks; develop and implement risk response plans to ensure project objectives are achieved on schedule.
• Organize reviews at various stages of R&D and other standardization work, participate in internal and external audits, assist in formulating improvement measures, and track their effectiveness.
• Responsible for the management of standardized project documentation during the R&D process.

Qualifications Required:

• English proficiency for work communication.Bonus points for skills in less commonly spoken languages."
• Strong learning ability and capable of quickly adapting to new fields.
