Product Engineer - Product Software Delivery Direction
Responsibility：
- Product delivery verification：Lead the product function verification work during the system implementation stage to ensure that the delivered system strictly adheres to product design specifications, business logic and quality standards.
- Product delivery verification：Develop verification plans and test cases, organize and execute end-to-end product-level acceptance tests, identify delivery deviations and drive the closed loop.
- Standardization construction of product lines: Be responsible for participating in the formulation and continuous optimization of the product delivery standard system, including deployment norms, configuration templates, verification processes, documentation standards, etc.
- Standardization construction of product lines: Promote the automation and tooling of the delivery process, enhance delivery efficiency and consistency, and reduce implementation costs.
- Standardization construction of product lines: Provide product-level guidance and training for the implementation team to enhance their understanding of product logic and the quality of delivery.
- Knowledge accumulation and asset construction: Write high-quality product delivery guidelines, user manuals, best practice documents, frequently asked questions solutions, etc., to form reusable product delivery knowledge assets.
- Knowledge accumulation and asset construction: Establish and maintain a product delivery knowledge base to enhance the overall delivery capability of the team.
Required capabilities, and skills：
- Essential technical capabilities (meeting any of the following directions is acceptable.
- Linux Direction: Proficient in Linux system management and Shell script writing, with the ability to optimize system performance, analyze logs and troubleshoot faults.
- MySQL Direction: Proficient in MySQL database design, SQL writing and optimization, with experience in index optimization, slow query analysis and performance tuning.
- Software Development direction: Possessing Java/Python development experience, familiar with mainstream frameworks such as Spring and MyBatis, capable of reading and understanding the core code logic of products and having basic code debugging and optimization capabilities.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills：
- English can be used as a working language.
