China Mobile International (Germany) GmbH is seeking a Presales and Project Manager (m/f/x) to support enterprise customers by designing and delivering tailored telecommunications and ICT solutions. The role acts as a technical interface between customers, sales teams and internal delivery units.
Presales and Project Manager (m/f/x)
Responsibilities:
- Design, specify and present telecommunications and ICT solutions in alignment with enterprise customer requirements.
- Act as a technical consultant during the pre-sales phase, supporting sales teams in customer meetings, workshops and solution discussions.
- Support the preparation of technical proposals, tender responses and non-standard contractual documentation in cooperation with internal stakeholders and legal advisors where required.
- Participate in technical SLA discussions and support contract negotiations from a solution and service perspective.
- Develop and deliver professional product, service and solution presentations for customer meetings, seminars, conferences and industry events.
- Coordinate with internal technical, delivery and operations teams to ensure feasibility and quality of proposed solutions.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management in line with business requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the IT and telecommunications industry.
- Solid technical knowledge of IPLC, IEPL, IP Transit and IP VPN solutions; familiarity with ICT, cloud and data centre (IDC) services is preferred.
- Experience in ICT pre-sales support or a related technical customer-facing role is an advantage.
- International or overseas working experience is considered a plus.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, German language skills as an advantage.
