1. End-to-End Logistics Process Planning & Optimization
• Design, plan, and continuously optimize the complete logistics chain covering: port → VMI warehouse → inbound inspection → warehousing/storage → repacking → customer delivery
• Conduct warehouse layout planning and dynamic optimization to ensure efficient material flow and information flow coordination across all nodes
• Apply Lean Logistics methodologies to identify and eliminate process waste across the end-to-end value stream, driving continuous operational efficiency improvement
• Define and optimize material flow paths, handover points, and information interfaces between each logistics node
• Conduct manpower and equipment capacity assessments, evaluate workload and efficiency levels of operational staff, and propose optimization recommendations
2. BU/Product Line Demand Alignment & Execution
• Engage with various BUs and product lines (including Power Battery, Energy Storage, etc.) to translate supply requirements into executable logistics operational plans for Germany warehouses
• Participate in logistics feasibility assessments during New Product Introduction (NPI) phases to ensure effective implementation of new project logistics solutions in Germany warehouses
• Serve as technical bridge to coordinate and resolve gaps between BU requirements, HQ standards, and on-site operations, ensuring accurate demand transmission and execution
3. PFMEA/LFMEA Development, Maintenance & Publication
• Lead PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) creation and updates for warehouse and production logistics processes, identifying critical failure modes and developing preventive measures
• Establish and maintain LFMEA (Logistics Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), ensuring systematic risk control for logistics operations across the entire port-tocustomer chain
• Conduct semi-annual reviews and updates of FMEA documentation, incorporating lessons learned into control plans and operational standards
• Facilitate cross-functional FMEA workshops, driving implementation and validation of risk mitigation measures
4. Process Standardization & Documentation
• Develop, maintain, and update standardized work instructions (SOPs), process specifications, and inspection checklists for warehouse and logistics operations across all nodes
• Drive alignment of Germany warehouse operational processes with HQ standards to ensure global consistency
• Manage process change control, evaluating impacts on operational workflows and risks, and updating relevant documentation accordingly
5. On-Site Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide daily technical support to repacking operators (including 3PL labor) on process-related issues and equipment operation
• Lead rapid root cause analysis and resolution of on-site repacking quality/process issues
• Collaborate with quality team to define repacking quality inspection criteria and control points
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for repacking process deviations
• Support rapid changeover and ad-hoc order response plan development and on-site execution
6. New Project/New Product Repacking Solution Development
• Participate in NPI/New Project phases to develop repacking solutions for new battery products
• Design repacking material flow, packaging specifications, and labeling requirements per customer/BU standards
• Lead trial runs for new repacking projects, identify process issues, and drive improvement actions
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure smooth ramp-up of new repacking operations

Expected Qualifications & Degrees
• Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related fieldProfessional Experience
• Minimum3 years of experience in logistics process/process engineering, preferably in automotive or battery industry with EOL (End-of-Line) background
• Experience in end-to-end logistics process design covering transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations preferred
• Experience in warehouse logistics planning, on-site process optimization, or new project introduction preferred
• Experience working overseas, particularly in Europe, preferredProfessional Skills
• Solid command of PFMEA methodology, with hands-on experience leading FMEA workshops
• Familiarity with WMS logic and on-site operational workflows
• Understanding of port-to-warehouse logistics flows, customs clearance interfaces, and last-mile delivery operations
• Knowledge of Lean Logistics, MTM/REFA, and other efficiency analysis methods
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD or process modeling tools capability is a plus
• Strong technical documentation skills, with ability to independently develop SOPs, process standards, and related documentsLanguage & Soft Skills
• Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal), capable of professional communication with German teams, BUs, and customers; Chinese and German are pluses
• Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently align requirements across BUs, HQ, and on-site teams
• Systematic thinking and problem-analysis skills, able to independently identify issues and propose solutions
• Adaptable to international work environments, with willingness to travel as required
