Import & Export Assistant
Description
- Following-up Orders & Review of Purchasing Contracts;
- Supervising delivery dates & delivery terms;
- Export Processing including preparation of transport documents for goods to be imported to China;
- Coordination of logistics with freight forwarders and shipping companies, etc;
- Execution of delivery;
- Issuance of L/C documents and supervising of credit terms;
- Supervising Transport Insurances;
- Issuance of invoices;
- Preparation of sales and delivery documents for the trading company and for the German Headquarter using software SAP with AdOns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in logistic, international trade;
- At least 2-years of I&E related work experience in foreign based company;
- Good understanding of I&E related laws & regulations;
- Computer skills: MS Office and SAP, AEB;
- Good knowledge of English (written & spoken);
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment;
- Ability to work to tight deadlines;
- Good numeral understanding, accuracy and integrity;
- Good communication skills.
