Start your new career with Sanhua Automotive as a: Responsibilities: 
  • Manage employees’ attendance records, including working hours, leave, and overtime; ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations; generate attendance reports.
  • Coordinate the full onboarding process for new hires and manage offboarding procedures.
  • Maintenance of employee information and HR system
  • Prepare and issue employment-related documents
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection; organize and monitor performance appraisal processes.
  • Liaising with headquarters HR to handle relevant matters, such like communicate and implement corporate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives; provide feedback and updates to ensure consistency across regions.
  • Collaborate with the HR team in Poland to support cross-border HR matters, including expatriate management, international assignments, and compliance with Polish labor law; contribute to global HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion when dealing with sensitive employee data and HR-related matters.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR management systems; ability to generate and analyze HR reports for decision-making.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven, with the capability to handle challenges independently and contribute to process improvements.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and collaboration, with flexibility to support both local and international HR initiatives.
