HR Admin Specialist
Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Full-Time
Languages: English, Chinese, and German
Work Permit: Applicants must have a valid work permit in Germany
- Assist in daily HR tasks, including recruitment support, employee onboarding, and maintaining HR records.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, preparing documents, and assisting with travel arrangements and reimbursements.
- Manage office supplies, coordinate deliveries, maintain equipment, and handle daily office logistics.
- Coordinate with external vendors such as cleaning services, building management, and maintenance providers.
- Oversee office access, keys, and ensure a secure and organized workplace.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure a well-maintained office environment and support employee administrative requests.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
- Carry out other daily administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and German
- Valid work permit for Germany (mandatory).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
