Financial Accountant (f/m/d)
Reporting to: Head of Finance Europe
Your Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day financial accounting tasks (accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank, cash)
- Prepare and post payment runs
- Reconcile and maintain general ledger accounts
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings in accordance with HGB
- Prepare reports and analyses for the Head of Finance Europe and management
- Assist with tax-related filings (e.g., VAT returns)
- Contribute to process improvements within the finance function
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Finance Europe and other internal stakeholders
Your Profile
- Completed commercial education, ideally with an additional qualification in accounting
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
- Confident handling of accounting software Oracle NetSuite / Datev and MS Office, especially Excel
- Good knowledge of HGB accounting standards
- Structured, accurate, and reliable working style
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
