我们的客户是德国的家族企业，但已在德国股票上市。在昆山投资设厂已超过10年，主要生产车用的电子设备及传感器。目前已成长到50多名员工。为了做好财务管理及每月的月报（上市公司！），我们寻找一位英文（或德语）流利的财务经理或财务长（新设职位。目前只有会计，没有财务长）。
Finance Manager China (German Factory in Kunshan, China)
Key tasks:
•Leading the Finance/Accounting in the production plant in Kunshan, China
•Reporting to the Managing Director in Kunshan (German) and to CFO in HQ in Germany.
•Responsible for Budget planning, Cost analysis, Analysis and reporting of the deviations between plan and real numbers, especially the deviation in cost and margins.
•Identification of cost saving potentials
•Reponsible for Compliance and Tax
Requirements:
•Degree in Accounting preferred. Accountant´s Certification for China prefered.
•Familiar with China GAAP and IFRS and the calculation of production cost for industrial products
•Fluent in Chinese at mother tongue level, fluent in English (oral and reading/writing). German language knowledge will be a big plus, but not required.
•At least 5 years’ experience as Accountant in (Western) manufacturing companies (factories) in China. Familiar with KPIs, especially those used in Manufacturing.
•Experience as Chief Accountant or Finance Manager at a Western (German) company in China preferred.
•International mind-set and experience with German work culture; team player; hands-on mentality; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Integrity and loyalty to the company, interested in a long-term employment.
