Data Analyst
Job Description
- Supervise the daily operations, maintenance, and management of database systems.
- Collect, analyze, and document reporting requirements from various business units; develop comprehensive design specifications.
- Create and sustain reports on the reporting platform, ensuring continuous operational support.
- Conduct data extraction, transformation, and processing of production data, including sensitive information, in accordance with business needs.
- Oversee daily system operations and address incidents, managing issue tracking, collaborating with vendors for root cause analysis, and testing and implementing solutions.
- Provide support for LAN administration and information security management, encompassing internal network security planning, implementation, and governance of data security.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in Java and SQL development.
- Practical experience with Windows Server, VMware, and the management of small to medium-sized LAN environments is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and German, with excellent verbal communication skills and the capability to produce clear and structured documentation.
- Strong ability to learn, coupled with effective communication and problem-solving skills; proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
