Medtrum Germany, who are we?
Founded in Shanghai by engineers in 2008, Medtrum is a company dedicated to the development of simple medical devices. Our ambition is to develop lightweight, miniaturised medical devices that meet the needs of insulin-treated diabetes patients and support them in their daily lives.
As part of its development in Germany, Medtrum Germany is looking for a Business Operation Specialist on a permanent contract -Position based in Eschborn.
Business Operation Specialist (Eschborn Office)
The role of the Medtrum Germany Business Operation Specialist
Your external contacts: Patients, Healthcare Professionals, Home Care Providers and Insurance Companies
Your internal contacts: Training and sales team and other office staffs
Your tasks:
- Processing complaints and technical support for questions about Medtrum products
- Entry and processing of orders / inquiries / complaints
- Processing offers and bills in the healthcare sector
- Coordination of patient training
- Master data maintenance
- Answering telephone and written customer inquiries
- Submit cost estimate to the health insurance companies or to the customers
- Assist for office administration etc.
Your profile:
- Completed commercial, preferably business administration, or comparable training
- Knowledge of German spoken and written is a prerequisite
- Safe handling of MS Office and CRM systems
- Good English knowledge
- Knowledge of the German healthcare system is desirable
- Your place of residence is in the Rhein-Main area (Eschborn)
