China Mobile International (Germany) GmbH would like to hire a Business Development Manager (m/f/x) , who will be responsible for the acquisition, support and value-added development of enterprise customers.
Business Development Manager – Enterprise Business (m/f/x)
Responsibilities
- Prospecting, detecting and identifying business opportunities, developing the customer portfolio and relationships with potential customers
- Proactive development and implementation of direct sales measures to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals of the sales team
- Actively promote and develop existing and new customers through individual development activities
- Interface and coordination with the entire sales team
- Generate customer loyalty by maintaining good relationship with customers throughout the contractual period
- Targeted and constant forecasting business opportunities according to pipeline and sales figures about potential customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or above
- Minimum 5-year professional experience in direct sales and new customer business
- Solid social connections and contacts in medium-sized as well as large multinational companies, ideally with Chinese background
- Basic telecommunication skills and/or knowledge in selling data centre, cloud, ICT, IoT services etc.
- Self-motivated team player with customer- and result-oriented working attitude
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Travel flexibility
