- 操作、跟踪、管理物流订单，确保按时交付
- 协调客户、仓库及物流供应商之间的合作，高效完成订单
- 准备、审核、归档物流相关文件，如CMR、报关单等
- 及时处理订单异常，反馈需要的帮助；记录异常情况，核对操作明细
- 及时应对客户投诉，给出反馈及改进建议

- 拥有两年及以上的跟单操作经验（空运，海运，铁路）
- 德语及英语可以作为工作语言，母语为中文
