财务岗位

财务岗位在支持财务团队方面发挥着至关重要的作用，负责管理财务交易、分析数据，并确保遵守法律法规要求，协助公司财务流程的高效运作。
岗位职责：

• 处理发票、报销账单以及应收/应付账款，确保财务交易的及时准确
• 协助撰写和分析财务数据，参与公司预算的编制
• 准备财务报告、演示文稿和报表以供高级财务人员审核
• 维护和更新财务记录和数据库，确保准确性并符合法规要求
• 对银行对账单和其他财务文件进行对账，发现并解决问题
• 协助审计财务文件和程序，以维护整个流程的透明度
• 与财务团队合作，简化流程并提高效率
• 根据需要为财务部门提供行政支持，包括整理文件和安排会议

任职要求：1.教育背景：

• 拥有金融、会计或相关领域学士学位者优先
• 拥有金融相关职位或实习经验者优先
• 拥有全球（最好是矩阵组织）实习的经验

2. 知识、技能与能力：

• 精通 Microsoft Excel 和其他金融软件/工具
• 具备强大的分析能力，注重细节和准确性
• 出色的沟通和人际交往能力
• 能够在快节奏的环境中进行独立和协作工作
• 熟悉金融法律法规和合规标准
• 在处理敏感财务信息时具备诚信和谨慎的态度
