自动驾驶用户功能系统工程师 L2&L2+（应届生招聘）
Responsibilities:
- Deliver benchmark AD lateral end customer features to China market, such as ALSA, ALCA-DILC, ALCA-SILC & Highway L2+
- Be the End-to-End delivery responsible for MB-standard ADAS features in close collaboration with Software development, validation & other RD stakeholders.
- Define the functional target behavior of system functions and specify relevant interfaces in consideration of system boundaries, regulation, legal & customer requirements.
- Understand the China-specific feature requirements and breakdown into executable function effect chains in compatibility with the global system.
Tasks:
1.Deliver benchmark lateral features to customers
- Develop L2 & L2+ lateral end customer features, such as ALSA, ALCA-DILC, ALCA-SILC, HFE, Highway L2+ along the MB development process, including system design, system specification, feature ramp up plan and tracking, validation and release
- Drive development of lateral end customer features across generation 5, both projects of generation 6 and generation 7. Bring lessons learned from previous into next generation.
- Follow and further develop the MB ADAS DNA and philosophy
- Observe the Chinese and global markets and competitors, identify development potentials and ensure competitiveness of MB systems
- Cooperate with global system development teams
2.Be the End-to-End delivery responsible for MB-standard ADAS features in close collaboration with Software development, validation & other RD stakeholders
- Representation of the customer function within the coordination in the overall ADAS system
- Support for functional development in the context of Commissioning meetings regarding target achievement, testing of new software versions and analysis of functional errors regarding target behavior of the customer function.
- Organization and implementation of development campaigns/WS with function developers, etc.
3.Define the functional target behavior of system functions and specify relevant interfaces in consideration of system boundaries, regulation, legal & customer requirements
- Contribution to the creation of the functional architecture and chain of effects
- Ensures that external requirements (rating, law, certification, strategy, etc.) are implemented
- Formulates and coordinates their HMI requirements with the UI owner
- Supports the activities (e.g. document creation, functional descriptions, etc.) for certification
- Definition and adaptation of a FROP for the customer function, taking into account known boundary conditions
- Maturity assessments as part of the overall maturity reporting and approvals
4. Task Management
- Monitoring status and progress of work and making day-to-day adjustments in accordance with established priorities, obtaining assistance from Supervisor as needed
- Estimating and reporting on expected time of work completion and maintaining work records;
- Distributing and balancing workload among employees and assuring timely accomplishment and quality of work
- Education
- MSc or PhD in Engineering or Automobile or equivalent qualification.
- Experience
- Internship with R&D experience with active safety system, ADAS system development and release in passenger car projects is preference.
- Specific knowledge
- Deep knowledge of ADAS system/function development, system/function release process and relevant China local and international suppliers.
- Good knowledge of organizational structures as well as related R&D processes and regulatory framework.
- Strong ability to build-up and maintain relationships with other organizations & suppliers.
- Strong ability to resolve conflict with empathy and boldness in an intercultural working environment.
- Strong willingness to go the extra mile to achieve committed goals.
- Ability to innovate & challenge the existing.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
- SW development experience in C++, C & Matlab beneficial.
